With regards to Tamil Nadu, the ruling party AIADMK fetched a whopping 37 out of 39 Lok Sabha seats and this is seen as the favourable response among TN people cutting across various sections to the effective administration of their Chief Minister Jayalalithaa who is also the leader of the party. Rajni had wished JJ for her party's stupendous success which has made it the third largest party in the Lok Sabha.

Actor Vijay joined the list of Ktown celebrities who wished the electoral champions. Late in the evening yesterday the 'Thuppakki' star sent a press release congratulating Modi and Jaya for their historical victory. He also expressed hope that both the leaders will take India and Tamil Nadu to the top slot in international and national levels.

It is worth recalling that Vijay visited Coimbatore to meet Narendra Modi when the latter had visited the city to campaign for his party candidates.
