Kethireddy Jagadeeswara Reddy, who had worked as a co-producer for all the films directed by Teja on Teja movies banner and who has directed some movies in Tamil and Telugu, will be directing a film in five languages. The film is titled as "Amma Desam" and it will be a honour to Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalitha.
Kethireddy Jagadeeswar Reddy has shared a few things about the film in an interview.
Here are the excerpts from the interview.
To honour her
Jayalalitha respects the Telugu people in Tamil Nadu and Telugu movies very well. She never hesitates to help us. So as an honour to her, I am making a film on her welfare programs and her political journey. I have even worked for the political campaigning of the AIADMK in the recently concluded elections.
We will discuss the various welfare programmes of Jayalalitha, how youth play a major role in the development of our country etc in our film. The film will be both entertaining and message oriented.
We will never forget Jayalalitha's help
As the "Tenali Raman" movie released recently has some scenes which degrade Tenali Ramakrishna we have fought against it. Some people there tried to expel us from Tamil Nadu. But Jayalalitha has solved the problem in a very fair manner. We can't forget her help.
With new actors
"Amma Desam" film will be made in five languages including Hindi. Some new actors will act in this movie. The regular shooting starts next month and will be completed in five months.
Will work with Teja
I will definitely work with Teja if he wants me to. But I will not do movies with big heroes, because I don't like to compromise for anyone.
