Maatraan, which is going to hit screens on the 12th of this month, is simultaneously being dubbed in Telugu and Malayalam. In the movie, Suriya will be playing the roles of Siamese twins. In order to help with the dubbing, Karthi, who is fluent in Telugu, has been called on to dub for the character of one of the twins in the Tollywood remake 'Brothers'. Suriya will meanwhile dub for the other twin. This is the first time Suriya and Karthi are coming together in the same movie. Directors and producers have been trying to cast the brothers in the same movie for years but they have opted out of it since they aren't unable to find an apt script. Working together in Maatraan might help them strike a chord and provide the necessary inspiration to act with each other. |
