IndiaGlitz [Monday, January 07, 2013]

The Rajni, Kamal and Shripriya hit of "Ilamai Oonjal Aadugiradhu" which was released in 1978 was composed for by Ilayaraja.

The current stars of Kollywood Dhanush and Simbu were to be Rajni and Kamal of the remake which was to be made in the near future. Shruti Hassan was also to be playing the role of Shripriya. The actors were asked about this and the last update was that they were considering the remake.

The news today is that they refused the offer because they have their hands full right now and might consider it down the line later. Sources also say that this plan was just a rumor and that Simbu and Dhanush will never share a screen.
