"We are finalizing the right date to release Alex Pandian in Tollywood" said Producer KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green. Alex Pandian was the Tamil film starring Karthi and Anushka in the lead along with Santhanam. The film was released worldwide on the 11th of January.

The producer seems to be quite happy about the response that he has received from the audience for his Alex Pandian. The happy producer further went to say, "We released the film in 650 centers worldwide, and the response from each of them has been very encouraging. The collection has been steady from the beginning, and there has been no dip at all. We are happy with the film's BO collection.While some audience liked the first half, others found the second half entertaining. Those who came in expecting a very stylish venture were probably a little disappointed because our film is a pucca entertainer."

We hear that the team is currently making plans for releasing the film in Telugu too. The film was planned to be released simultaneously in Telugu but the decision was later changed as two other films were already lined up for its Pongal release there.

We can look forward to Alex Pandian banging the Tollywood screens too..!
