David Preview

The very coming together of Vikram who is known for the varied characters he plays and 'Shaitan' fame director Bejoy Nambiar made several headlines. The film is releasing simultaneously in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and has been making progress without much hype.
 
David stars Vikram, Lara Dutta, Vinay Virmani (in Hindi), Jiiva (in Tamil and Telugu), Neil Nitin Mukesh, Tabu and Isha Sharvani in the lead roles. The Telugu version will be dubbed from the Tamil one, it is said.
 
'David' is a gangster flick loaded with comedy and revolves around the lives of two Davids played by Vikram and Vinay Jiiva, set in two different periods of time. While one plays a fisherman, the other plays a rock band star. How their decisions impact each others' lives different belonging to different periods forms the crux of the plot.
 
It's said that Isha will be cast opposite Vikram whereas Tabu aims at a strong comeback with David. Lara Dutta is said to be seen in an extended cameo with her child being tutored by Vinay / Jiiva in the film.
 
The film was extensively shot in the scenic locales of Goa, Kerala, Mangalore and several other places.
 
With the coming together of top talents from the north and south, 'David' promises a lot of difference in making and script.
