Jayam Ravi's 'Vanamagan'- Box office result is here

Actor Jayam Ravi's 'Vanamagan' enjoyed a good footfall of fans in theatres across Tamil Nadu in its first four days that included a Ramzan Holiday.

In its first four day weekend, 'Vanamagan' has collected Rs.7.5 crores across Tamil Nadu and this includes Rs.92 lakhs from Chennai, Rs.1.9 crores from Chengalpet and Rs.1 crore from Coimbaotre.

Trade feels that the film has taken a good opening and the collections are steady but it needs to perform well in the weekdays and second weekend to enter the hit zone.

Ravi played a tribal in this film directed by Vijay and Sayeesha Saigal made her Tamil debut playing the female lead of this film.
