One, Aathinatha Sundaram hailing from Pazhuvoor has filed a case against Kamal Haasan in Valliyur, Nellai District Court. He has stated in his petition that he has been highly aggrieved due to the legendary actor`s derogatory remarks against Hindus and the Mahabharatha in a recent televised interview.

The Hindu Makkal Katchi has also given a complaint to the Chennai City Police Commisioner citing the same reasons. The case is expected to be taken for interrogation in a few days time.
