Just a few weeks ago one of the India`s leading filmmakers Karan Johar boldly came out about his sexual orientation and later also revealed the news that his twins Roohi and Yash were born through surrogacy.

Karan Johar has taken to social media to make the shocking revelation that his children were born premature and have survived after tender care of doctors. Here is his advice to parents with similar children, giving them hope.
