The second trailer of the much expected 'Kaatru Veliyidai' has been released.

Some of us believed that this was an out and out romantic drama from the ace director, but the trailer shows us otherwise. Along with the bittersweet reality of love, the movie obviously includes its fair share of action.

As stated by Karthi at the film's audio launch function, his character seconds everything to his profession as a fighter pilot, which is vindicated by the respect he shows to the Air Force. We also get a glimpse at RJ Balaji, who seems to work at the Air Force too. Aditi finds it hard to put up with a loving, yet capricious Karthi, who seldom leaves her. Rahman's music score doesn't even come close to falling short of expectations, as the BGM leaves us enthralled.

The trailer still doesn't give away much, which is exactly how its supposed to be. It is apparent that this one outdoes its predecessor. Mani Ratnam's uncanny artistry and AR Rahman's breathtaking background score make the trailer only but splendid, and the innate suspense is enough to fuel our excitement further.

'Kaatru Veliyidai' premieres in cinemas on the 7th of April.
