Kavya Madhavan will play the female lead in an upcoming movie to be directed by Adoor Gopalakrishnan. The movie is titled 'Pinneyum' and stars Dileep as the male lead. This year is Kavya's 25th year in films and she is hoping to get a new beginning with this movie.

The film has a lot of specialties as this is Addor's next after his last film in 2008 and also marks the return of Kavya and Dileep on screen after 2012. Kavys is happy that Adoor found her apt for the role. She says that no preparations is needed for the movie as she doesn't known her name in the movie or her character. The movie is all set to begin soon.
