Gautham Karthik and Priya Anand starrer 'Muthuramalingam' directed by Rajadurai, which has released last Friday will have to be taken out of the screens immediately due to an order by the Madras High Court.

A person named M.Prakash had filed a suit against the film's producer Vijayaprakash for the latter's failure to settle his dues amounting to Rs.29 lakhs. He had sought to ban the release of 'Muthuramalingam' until his dues were settled.

When the matter came up for hearing in front of the High Court bench, the Judge was convinced by the evidenced provided by Prakash to prove his claim and has ordered that 'Muthuramalingam' should be removed from the screens until the dues to the petitioner are settled.

it is expected that the Producer will pay the amount to Prakash today, so that the film's run in the theaters will not be hindered by this.
