Oscar award winner Rasool Pookutty is turning director soon. He has started the works for his directorial. As his debut, he plans a Bollywood movie. However, Rasool is very clear about regional movies too and wants to do Malayalam movies too. He revealed that Megastar Mammootty will star in the Mollywood movie.

Rasool has also started a production company in association with a few others. He will be the producer, sound designer and director of his movies. His latest Malayalam movie work was 'Lukka Chuppi' in which he was the sound designer. The sync sound in the movie was a talking point.
