Mohanlal will be seen as a Panchayat President in an upcoming movie. The movie, which is being directed by Jibu Jacob of 'Vellimoonga' fame, will have Mohanlal playing a common villager. His interaction with the people of the place as a Panchayat president and the kind of incidents that happen in his life forms the crux of the story.

The movie will be high on humour, like it was with 'Vellimoonga'. Mohanlal had always made an impact when he plays such charcters. This movie too is expected to be a milestone.
