This name reminds us of his earlier blockbuster movie Indian Rupee` which dealt with the issue of black money and had Prithviraj in the lead. His Loham, Spirit etc are other films that dealt with social issues. His Mammootty movie Pranchiyettan the Saint` was a social satire.

News came out earlier that this film was titled Vamban`. Actress Iniya has been chosen to be the heroine. Mammootty will sport a handlebar moustache after a long time.
