There have been speculations doing the round that Mohanlal and Amitabh Bachchan are be teaming up for an upcoming mega budget movie titled Odiyan. According to rumours, the movie will be a 3D fantasy entertainer directed by noted ad filmmaker Shrikumar, who will be also helming Mohanlal starrer multi-crore project Randamoozham.

When we contacted Shrikumar to check the authenticity of the news, the director brushed off the reports to be mere rumours. shrikumar said that the film is in a very premature stage and so it is too early to comment on the movie's casting. He further expressed his disappointment on media spreading faking news. "It is just a thought I had and I wonder from where these news are spreading," said Shrikumar.

Going by the rumours, if Odiyan materializes with Amitabh and Mohanlal in the lead, the movie will mark to be the third time collaboration of the superstars after Kandahar and Aag. Anyway, let's wait and watch!.
