In the web pages of IndiaGlitz it was reported about the announcement of a sequel of ÂAvalude Ravukal with Shwetha Menon, talking the lead role that Seema had played in the original of the seventies. But now the actress has come up with clarification that she will not be a part of the crew and will not play the controversial lead role of the movie.
Shwetha also added that she was never properly contacted about the role or the film, though the producer Hameed just made a suggestion of such a project over the phone, a few months ago. She came to know about the news only from the media and so won't like to be a part of the movie. Shwetha had made it clear that she and her parents had many discussions about this and have decided to keep away, as she was getting a plenty of calls from her fans advising her not to be in the role, which was once celebrated for the novel and bold attitudes.
