To retain existing customers who often take on to social media to tweet their bad experience at the shopping store, Walmart will soon start monitoring the facial expressions of shoppers to help and meet their requirements.

Study of their facial expressions like a scowl, frustration while looking for their product will trigger an alert to the store supervisor who will find his way to the customer to help them in finding what they need. This mode of shopping is sure to bring more smiles as mentioned by Walmart spokesperson.
