Dr. Janardhanan who debuted as a director with the Mohanlal movie 'Mahasamudram', has titled his next as 'Sahasram'. Featuring Suresh Gopi in the lead, as an IPS officer named Sahasranamam, the movie will be a suspense thriller.

'Sahasram' will also feature Madhu, Bala, Jagathy, Suresh Krishna, Rizabava and Lakshmi Gopalswamy in other important roles. While Lokanathan will handle the camera, M Jayachandran will be in charge of music department. Produced by T M Surendran in the banner of Thilok productions, the shoot for the movie will kick off at Ottapalam by the mid of July.
