Two releases for the day

Today, two Malayalam movies made a release in Kerala. ‘Chemistry’, which marks the return of director Viji Thampi after a long gap had the best release in 40 centres. Featuring Mukesh, Vineeth, Shilpa, Bala and a bunch of new comers, the movie is based on an actual suicide scandal of school going girls that happened recently in Kerala. Scripted by Vinu Kiriyath, the movie featurs songs by M Jayachandran.

The other movie ‘Parayan Marannathu’, made a release in limited centres. Directed by debutante Arun Bhaskar, the movie feature Biju Menon and Lakshmi Sharma in the lead.
