Director Shaji Kailas has titled his next directorial venture as O Positive. Interestingly Suresh Gopi and Urvashi, who are coming together for the movie, play twins.

The film has script by S N Swamy and would go to floors beginning 25 January. The movie has a huge star cast including Biju Menon, Jagathy Sreekumar, Sai Kumar and many others. The film has songs by Vayalar Sharat and music by Alex Paul. The film is produced by Gopan under the banner of Bhagyachitra.

It is an emotional saga and would be different from regular action masala stuffs from Suresh Gopi, says sources close to the director.
