Canning of a song is in progress for 'Okka Magaadu' directed and produced by YVS Choudary on the banner of Bommarillu with Yuva Ratna Balakrishna, Anushka and Nisha Kothari in the lead.

The shooting of this family entertainer is in progress at a specially erected huge set in Sarathi Studios. A popular song of the late NTR, 'Pattuko… Pattuko…' in 'Challenge Ramudu' is being remixed for the film and is being choreographed on Balakrishna, Anushka and Nisha Kothari.

It may be recalled here that the remix culture was started in Telugu long ago, with Pawan Kalyan using 'Aadavari Maatalaku Ardhale Verule…', NTR using 'Aaku Chaatu Pinde Thadise…' and Prabhas using 'Aaresukoboyi…'.

But the trend is being continued by Balakrishna for this film.

Simran is playing a special and powerful role in this movie, while Manisharma is giving melodious tunes.

The film has screenplay from Posani Krishnamurali.

The director-cum-producer says, 'The film would be on par with the expectations of Nandamuri fans.'
