After shooting some scenes involving Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Nayanatara at a special set erected at Alwal, the film unit of ‘Srirama Rajyam’ directed by Bapu and produced by Yalamanchi Saibaba on the banner of Sri Saibaba Movies with Balakrishna playing the role of Lord Rama, returned to Ramoji Film City for its latest schedule.

It is worth mentioning here that the film shooting was abruptly stopped for various reasons including some stay orders by court for violating forest act, due to the sudden demise of Mullapudi Venkata Ramana, the script, dialogues and screenplay writer of the film and for other reasons.

The film is a multi-starrer with Srikant, Muralimohan and Saikumar playing key roles. The producer was sure of wrapping up the entire shooting by June and is making efforts to release the film in July at any cost.
