Padmapriya, who acted in critically acclaimed films like 'Seenu Vasanthi Lakshmi' and 'Andari Bandhuvaya', got married in Mumbai at. She tied the knot with Jasmine, a native of Gujarat.

Padmapriya has acted in over 48 films in all the South Indian languages and Bengali. She received many awards in her acting career.

At present Jasmine is the Policy Head for South Asia with Jamal Abdul Lateef Poverty Action Lab, headquartered in Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT).
