Vikram wants to play Gabbar Singh

Vikram, who was in Mumbai for the promotional event of his upcoming movie, 'I', said that he wants to play Gabbar Singh in the future.

Gabbar Singh, the villainous character played by actor Amjad Khan in the movie, 'Sholay', was an inspiration to many negative roles. Many used to throng theatres of 'Sholay' only to watch the role of Gabbar Singh. Even Pawan Kalyan named one of his movies as Gabbar Singh and showed his love for the character.

Vikram said that he loves the character of Gabbar Singh very much and wants to play it. About his roles in 'I', Vikram said that he has worked very hard for about three years to get into the characters of the movie.
