It is all happening for Srihari.

The big burly hero got the role of a lifetime in NVNV. And then he was cast alongside Kamal Haasan in his next film in a pivotal role.

Now things have got just better.

Srihari has been cast as, what else, a police officer in a new film named Okkade.

Srihari, who we know either as a cop or a good-hearted rowdy, is back on familiar territory in Okkade. The film has the tag line 'Officer on Duty'.

Geeta Art Pictures produces it while Chandra Mahesh directs. Santoshi of Jai fame is the heroine in this film while Vandemataram Srinivas has composed the music. Mukesh Rishi, Bharat, Sivajiraja are among those in the cast.

It's all happening for Srihari, surely.
