Sridevi (daughter of Vijaykumar) has the looks and the talent.
But somehow she has not managed to make the cut.
All her efforts in Tamil and Telugu have not got the desired results.
The tide, however, maybe changing.
The young girl has got a good role as the heroine in new movie that is to star Srikanth and Naveen Vadde as heroes.
The movie is tentatively titled Adi Lakshmi.
It is to be produced by Y Suresh under Vishwak Movies banner. RV Suresh will direct the flick and Chakri will score the music.
Meanwhile, Sridevi has another good news.
Her dubbed movie from Tamil 'Preminchanu Ninne' is proving to be a surprise winner at the box office.
The movieÂs original was Devathai Kandein.
The movie has been such a hit (dubbed by MS Naidu on Chatrapati Sivaji productions) that the filmÂs hero Dhanush and heroine Sridevi have been made to make a victory tour around the State.
Look the new Sridevi is on her way to emulating the original one.
