If an artiste with an image experiments with a different subject and different movie, it faces many difficulties as the producer and director had to look at different aspects for its release.

Nagarjuna and Prakash Raj starrer ‘Gaganam’ stands best example for this. It was earlier officially announced that the film would be released on December 3. Prakash Raj, the Tamil version producer announced this date a few days ago.

However, it was presumed that the film may face serious problems at the Box Office because of its experimental nature, especially in the backdrop of the release of Nagarjuna’s another film ‘Ragada’ on December 17 as it is an out and out mass entertainer.

In order to avoid collision of the same hero’s film, producer Dil Raju postponed the film to January 1, two weeks after the release of ‘Ragada’.

In ‘Gaganam’, Nagarjuna is playing the role of a commando and Prakash Raj as a terrorist and the story based on the flight hijack story in Kandhahar.
