It wsas the turn of Allari Naresh and Shriya Saran to bear the brunt of irate Telangana activists who not only stormed the set of their film at the Agricultural university in Rajendra Nagar, but also tried to attack them and destroyed the glass panes of Shriya’s car. The attackers also demanded that they raise the Jai Telangana slogan.

It is not known whether any complaint was registered by those who suffered due to the lawlesness.

However, Shriya did come down sharply in a statement after the attack. (No, she was not speaking to the media though). The outspoken actress feels that as an Indian citizen she has the right to move and work freely in any part of the country without fear or restriction.
