'Vennela' Kishore's directorial debut Vennela 1 and half (he had done with it even before he started Jaffa) will hit the screens in the second week of Sept. Many of us wondered what it is all about, especially because Deva Katta's Vennela was an interesting film.

"The film tells the story of the travails faced by a couple who go to Bangkok because of their fad for foreign countries. How they come out of it forms the rest of the story. It is all dealt in an entertaining manner", the makers inform.

Music is by Sunil Kashyap. Brahmanandam, Raghu Babu, Master Bharath, Shravan and Giridhar are part of the cast.

Chaitanya Krishna and Mongal Gajjar of Sudigaadu fame are the lead pair.
