The title is a very important factor for a film's success. As a matter of fact, writers and directors endlessly brainstorm for an apt title, lest a less suitable one mars the prospects of a film at the BO.

'King' Nagarjuna has rued at the press meet to announce the title of his forthcoming film at Novotel Hotel in Hyderabad, about the astronomical prices being quoted when a title already registered with the Film Chamber is to be bought. It is known that the most famous running title for the Nagarjuna film was Rummy. The producers Kamakshi Kala Movies just could not finalise the title as it had already been listed with the Chamber. Ditto with another tentative title Mosagadu they keenly contemplated on.

The prices quoted were simply whopping. Between 12-16 lakh rupees, the prices were jumbo. It resulted in the makers not opting for the two titles at all.

The senior hero urged that the Chamber look into the trend so producers in future are not troubled with the sky high prices.
