Nandamuri Balakrishna, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Nayantara, Srikanth, Muralimohan starrer 'Srirama Rajyam' will shoot in Ramoji Film city soon. A huge set for the shoot is getting ready in the film city. ANR plays the role of a Valmiki and Srikanth dons the role of Lakshmana in it.

Balaiah has already shaved off his moustache for the role of Lord Sri Rama. Bapu is the director of this film and Yelamanchili Sai Babu is producing it. Music maestro Ilayaraja is busy composing tunes for this film.

Bapu's friend Mullapudi Ramana penned dialogues and script for the flick and gave the complete script before he passed away recently.

"The film will start its shoot in RFC soon. The sets are ready and we will finish the shooting by June and release it in July" the producer said.

The movie had got into a controversy for erecting a set in the forest area at Vizag. The court had ordered the film producer to pay penalty for damaging the environment and violating forest laws.
