'1st Rank Raju': Release date announced

1st Rank Raju: Release date announced

1st Rank Raju' stars Chetan Maddineni as the male lead. Directed by Naresh Kumar, it tells the story of Raju (played by Chetan), who is a topper when it comes to studies but has zero common sense. His father (played by senior Naresh) brings him up as a book worm, constantly telling him that what is not in the book doesn't need to be known.

The news is that the comedy entertainer will hit the screens on June 21, clashing with crime comedy 'Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya' and Priyadarshi's 'Mallesham'.

Starring also Brahmanandam, Vennela Kishore, Posani Krishna Murali and Priyadarshi, it comes with the caption 'Vidya 100%, Buddhi 0%'.
