In a shocking incident, an 81-year-old man has been arrested for trying to buy an eight-year-old girl off her mother. The incident happened in Florida where Hellmuth Kolb approached a mother and a daughter sitting. 

Reportedly he asked the mother if she was married before outright stating rate as first $100,000, then moving on to $150,000 and $200,000 finally. But when the mother and the daughter got up to leave, the old man allegedly grabbed and kissed the girl’s hand. 

The mother then alerted the security following which the culprit was nabbed with evidence from the security cam footage.  Kolb, when questioned by the police, states that the remembers about the mother and the daughter but not about kissing her hands and offering to buy her off.
