Acting bug bites him

Thol Thirumavalavan is known for raising his voice against Tamil cinema. But With Anbu Thozhi, Thol Thirumavalavan took to acting. He played a hero championing the cause of Tamils in the movie. He has now been bitten by the acting bug.

The active politician is now busy acting in a clutch of movies. Following Anbu Thozhi, Thirumavalavan will play the pivotal role in a movie titled Karisal Mann. The movie is about farmers struggling for water in the delta region of the State. The movie is directed by Subha Thamizhvannan.

Also Thirumavalavan is appearing for a song in Ennai Par Yogam Varum. He dances for a song sequence and the lyrics are by Mansoor Ali Khan, who has produced and directed the movie besides playing the lead role.
