Director VZ Dorai had made his debut with Mugavari starring Thala Ajith and Jyothika, and later directed movies like Vikram starrer Kadhal Sadugudu, Simbu starrer Thotti Jaya, Nepali with Bharath and 6 Candles starring Shaam in lead role.

The director had last directed Aemali starring Athulya Ravi and Sam Jones and is getting ready for the release of his next movie, a suspense thriller named Iruttu which stars Sundar C, Dhanshika, Sakshi Chowdhary in lead roles and the movie releases on October 11.

Now the director has revealed in a recent interview that his next movie will have Vijay Antony playing lead role. Besides, VZ Dorai also said that after completing his movie with Vijay Antony he will join hands with Simbu to direct Thotti Jaya 2 and that announcements will be out soon.
