'Akira': Title for Murugadoss-Sonakshi project

Fox Star Studios` announces their next production titled 'Akira' (Means graceful strength in Sanskrit) will be directed by the blockbuster director from South, A R Murugadoss. Sonakshi Sinha plays the title role in the film, an intense character, but a misunderstood girl who is forced to fight back when she is put in a corner.

Touted as an emotional thriller, Sonakshi will be seen performing some lethal action for the first time on the celluloid screen.

The movie highlights a strong social message and it focusses on the safety of the women, the burning issue which the country is currently facing.

'Akira' will be shot on the sets Mumbai, Pune and Rajasthan.
