Akshay Kumars transgender look is alright

It's known that Akshay Kumar is doing the Hindi remake of Raghava Lawrence's 'Kanchana'. The 'Mission Mangal' star plays a transgender woman in the horror-comedy. Marking an auspicious occasion today, the Bollywood superstar unveiled his character's look in the movie.

"Navratri is about bowing to the inner goddess and celebrating your limitless strength. On this auspicious occasion, I am sharing with you my look as Laxmmi. A character I am both excited and nervous about... but then life begins at the end of our comfort zone...isn’t it?" Akshay says.

'Laxmmi Bomb', directed by Lawrence and written by Farhad Samji, stars Kiara Advani as the heroine. It will hit the screens on 5 June 2020.
