After the Sankranthi releases, the theatre of hype has now shifted to four important releases – Snehithudu, Nippu, Poola Rangadu and Adhinayakudu. Of these, Balakrishna's film has come to assume prominence because of its mass appeal as well as the actor's own recent record.

It is well-known that the hero is playing three roles in the movie. Director Paruchuri Murali says that the film tells the story of a respected man who believes that solutions to problems must come from the same source where they arise. He (the senior most Balayya in the movie) doesn’t believe in someone sitting in a distant place offering solutions to local and specific problems. How does he propagate the ideology among his people? Await and watch the movie.

The movie is scheduled to release for Shiva Ratri. ML Kumar Chowdhary of Sri Keerthi Combines is confident that Adhinayakudu will surpass the records of Samarasimha Reddy, Narasimha Naidu and Simha. Balakrishna is playing three roles in the movie, spanning three generations - grandfather, father, son. Jayasudha, Sukanya and Lakshmi Rai are paired opposite the three.

The film has been shot in various locations. The flashback episode involving the senior most Balakrishna was shot amidst a crowd of 40000 in Kurnool. Paruchuri Murali (director) has made the film in such a way that it will be lapped up both the classes and the masses.

Kota Srinivasa Rao, Brahmanandam, Charan Raj, MS Narayana, Venu Madhav, Aditya Menon and others are playing key roles.

Editing is by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. Music is by Kalyan Mallik.
