Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has broken the news that he injured himself while shooting for Prabhas' sci-fi entertainer 'Project K' in Hyderabad. In a blog spot, Big B gave a detailed explanation.

The legend was shooting for an action scene in Hyderabad when he suffered a rib cartilage injury. He is also nursing a muscle tear to the right rib cage. He was immediately rushed for a CT scan at the AIG Hospital in Gachibowli. He was then flown back home to Mumbai.

"Strapping has been done and rest has been advocated. It is paining on movement and breathing. I will take some weeks to get normal. Some medication is on also for pain," Big B wrote.

All shoot has been cancelled until the healing. "I am mobile a bit for all the essential activities. It shall be difficult or let me say, I shall be unable to meet my well-wishers at Jalsa Gate this evening. So do not come," he wrote. Jalsa is his Mumbai residence.
