Ram Gopal Varma is a very influential filmmaker of Bollywood. Although his films are usually a hit or miss affair, he certainly has a a unique style of storytelling. He has teamed up with megastar Amitabh Bachchan on several occasions to deliver amazing cinema and reports suggest that the duo are coming back yet again for a brand new project.

Mr Bachchan and Ram Gopal Varma last collaborated four years ago on the film 'Sarkar 3'. A source close to the filmmaker shared, "Ramu has written a script which he had been planning to make for the last few years. He has shifted base from Mumbai to Goa right now and he offered the film to Amitabh Bachchan. Big B has been approached for the lead role and the megastar has not only liked the project but also gave a nod to the same.”

Currently, Ramu is busy giving final touches to his film 'D Company' based on the life and exploits of Dawood Ibrahim. After this he'll work on the second part of the project which will go on floors as soon as the lockdown is lifted.
