'Geetha Govindam' turns 50 today. It has completed this commendable run in 59 centres across the Telugu States.

Vijay Deverakonda, director Parusuram, Rashmika Mandanna and music director Gopi Sundar have delivered the biggest Blockbuster of the year (so far) in terms of Return On Investment. And, as is known, this film is the highest grosser in the history of Tollywood for any medium-budgeted project.

With its gross crossing Rs. 100 Cr, its share (lifetime) is pegged to be about Rs. 67 Cr.

Released on August 15, the rom-com has worked this big also because of its family entertainer trappings.
