Bhoomika set to spread fragrance with 'Malligai'

Actress Bhoomika, who is playing the lead role in 'Maa' opposite Prithviraj and Srikanth, will have her recent Telugu hit 'Mallepuvvu', ready to speak in Tamil. The Tamil version titled 'Malligai' is slated for a release next month.

She was last seen in 'Sillunu Oru Kadhal' opposite Surya.

Directed by Samudra, the movie features Murali Krishna playing the lead role. Farzana, Brahmanandam, Sunil Shetty and Mahesh are also in the cast. The highlight of the movie is the catchy musical score by Ilayaraja.

Bhoomika does the role of a girl, who is on the run from the Bangladesh police who suspects her to be a terrorist. How she hides her identity and reaches India to fight for justice forms the crux.
