Despite opposition from woman’s organizations and a lady MLA speaking against vulgarity in New , director Suryah went ahead and shot an extra song with Kiran. The song was not cleared by the censors.The director has sent it to the revising committee in Mumbai. Kiran appears in the film as a married madisaar maami living next door and has a crush on Suryah. Meanwhile Suryah has announced his next film BF. BF is a term used for blue films but the director says it means Boy friend. Suryah seems to have found the success formula. New has completed 25 days with housefull collections.
