If you thought Ram Charan set up Konidela Productions if only to fulfill his mother's dream of producing at least one Chiranjeevi movie, you are wrong. Cherry is going to wear the mantle of producer rather permanently and not definitely infrequently.

It's widely heard that the 'Dhruva' star is thinking of producing at least two other movies next year. He has plans to do a film each with Akhil Akkineni and Sharwanand, so goes the buzz.

All of this once again confirms that Cherry is an entrepreneur at heart. Years ago, he bought stakes in TruJet, "an Indian low-cost regional airline based at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad." And now, he has turned a producer, bankrolling his legendary dad's 150th movie.
