Dileep goes to Hindi

Major Ravi has announced a bilingual film in Hindi and Malayalam with Dileep playing the lead role. The film is expected to be a comedy flick, which will be produced by Santosh Damodharan.

The film is expected to go to floors by this week in Pune and Mumbai. The movie also casts Rajpal Yadav, Om Puri and Baby Niranjana.

This is the first time Dileep is doing a film in a language other than Malayalam. Earlier he has given his voice to one of the characters in Priyan’s remake of Malayalam hit Punjabi House.

Major Ravi is also directing Mammootty in his forthcoming movie, Mission 90 days, planned to start in a matter of three months.
