Heres how Diljit Dosanjh expressed gratitude for Rihanna for highlighting the Farmers Protest

Globally renowned popstar Rihanna recently took a stand for the Indian farmers who are protesting against the new farm laws through a tweet. Lots of people came out in her support and showed gratitude for raising the issue on a global level.

Rihanna had face the flak from right wing extremists like the actress Kangana Ranaut but a number of other Indian celebrities sided with the popstar. Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh expressed his gratitude for Rihanna on his instagram stories. He posted a picture of her along with her song 'Run this Town'.

Diljit also took part in the protests last year at Delhi border and engaged in a verbal spat with Kangana Ranaut over the issue of protests.
