Divya Spandana who literally rules the roost in Kannada filmdom has been quite keen to make it big in Tamil films. She was introduced to Tamil audiences through the film 'Kuthu'. She has ever since made her presence felt with good portrayals in 'Polladhavan' and 'Giri'. The recently released 'Varanam Aayiram' showcases her as a practical girl with girl-next-door looks.
Reports that have come in state that she will be part of a film titled 'Kadhal 2 Kalyanam'. The film would star Shahir (brother of actor Arya) as hero. Milind Rau, a former assistant to Mani Ratnam will be the director.
