The ensemble cast of 'Rock On 2', including Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Shraddha Kapoor, Purab Kohli and Prachi Desai, have all reached Shillong and are mesmerised by the natural beauty of this picturesque hill station. They have started with the scenes and will be shooting all over the state over the next two months.

The band, Magik, however hasn't got into action yet. For, they are faced with only one dilemma - that is their hotel had no place to work out. According to a spokesperson, "The concert will be canned later this month, but the boys and Shraddha have been jamming a lot." The North-East being a place for music, Jam sessions were never a problem, the search for a gym took the unit to the Shillong market a few days ago. The unit is scattered across several hotels. The one where the actors are housed is to everyone's liking except for the fact that it doesn't have a gym.

The Spokesperson further adds,"All the actors, including the co-producer, Ritesh Sidhwani, are health conscious and fanatical about their workouts. Farhan has lost a lot of weight to play Adi, Aditya Shroff, again and grown a heavy beard. None of them were willing to go a day without training. So, they went shopping, picked up all the equipment they required, and set up a make-shift gym in one of the hotel suites. Now, they are happy."

'Rock On 2' is a sequel to the Hit franchise of Rock On, produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar's Excel entertainment. It's all work till Diwali when the 'Rock On 2' team takes its first break, followed by two more during Christmas and New Year.
