Shiva, the son of 'Pelli Choopulu' producer Raj Kandukuri, is all set to make a debut as a hero. His maiden venture is going to be a rom-com. Sesha Sindhu Rao, one of the few female directors out there, will wield the megaphone as a debutante. A protege of Krish Jagarlamudi and Sukumar, she has started canning some scenes from today.

"We have enlisted Varsha Bollamma to play the female lead. The girl was recently seen in the acclaimed Tamil movie '96'. We are glad to announce that the talented Gopi Sundar is on board as the music director. Veda Rama is going to crank the camera," the makers say.

To be presented by D Suresh Babu and Madhura Sreedhar, the film will have dialogues and screenplay by Padmavathi Visweswar.
